Hello!

Hi, I’m Snehal, a Certified Nutritionist, Yoga Coach, cookbook author, and a passionate food enthusiast. With a background in nutrition, food production, and the food industry, I have had the opportunity to train and work in seven different cuisine kitchens, gaining hands-on experience with diverse cooking styles, ingredients, and food traditions. This experience has deepened my love for exploring new foods and cuisines while understanding what makes food both enjoyable and nourishing.I am also the author of an e-cookbook available on Amazon Kindle, combining my passion for food with my knowledge of nutrition. At the heart of my approach, however, are my Indian roots and traditional way of eating. I believe there is so much wisdom in our Indian food traditions — from whole grains and millets to naturally wholesome ingredients and balanced meals. As a nutrition professional and a mom, I wanted to create foods that bring together nutrition, convenience, and great taste. That passion became the inspiration behind Nourish Mix .Co.Every product is created with the belief that making healthier choices shouldn't mean giving up the foods you love. My goal is to make wholesome eating simple, delicious, and practical for everyday life.Nourish Mix .Co — Nutritionist Made. Mom Approved.
